“Hi guys!
Today I wanted to share with you on something that is really important to me and my life.

When I first came out of the closet as a gay person I had little to no knowledge of trans people. I didn’t really understand who they were and my ignorance turned into fear. After starting drag I met tons of trans people and made great friends that educated me and showed me unconditional love and support. It is our duty to protect our friends. It is our job to educate ourselves on what our trans friends are going through right now. President Donal Trump is trying to take away basic human rights of our trans friends. This is wrong. This is backwards. This needs to stop.

Here is what we can do!
Call 202-353-1555 (Dept of Justice) + 800-872-5327 (Dept of Education) and say this:

“Hi, my name is [NAME] and I’m a constituent from [CITY, ZIP].
I’m calling to express my opposition to President Trump’s reversal of Obama’s executive order allowing transgender students to use bathrooms based on their gender identities. The real threat to school safety is not transgender students in bathrooms, but discriminatory policies that stigmatize vulnerable children and teens. Thank you.”

if u get a busy signal, hang up and try again. if u get put on hold, just wait. it took me less than five minutes to make both calls.

I’m going to try and make a call every night! Please help our friends!
